Own The Job is a web design studio in South Manchester that builds websites for UK trades at fixed, published prices, with the domain, the hosting and the code owned by the customer. Every build runs remotely, for trades anywhere in the UK, and where you are changes nothing about the price.

Alongside the studio we own and run trade businesses of our own: two electrical firms and a fuse box replacement business. That means we have sat where you are sitting, paying for leads that went to three other firms at the same time, wondering why the website we paid for never rang the phone.

Everything on this site is priced in public because we got tired of quotes that arrive after a forty minute call. You can see what it costs, see what you get and see live builds before you speak to us. If it suits you, message us. If it does not, the guides are free and there is no follow-up sequence waiting for you.

Our own money is where our mouth is

Three of the four sites in our work section belong to businesses we own and run. The fourth is a fire and security firm we work alongside. When one of our sites underperforms it costs us jobs, not a client's goodwill. Every figure we publish about them was measured on the live pages, so go and check any of it.
