Google Business Profile
For most trades, the profile beats the website
Someone whose fuse board has tripped opens Maps, taps the top result with reviews and rings it. They never see a homepage. That is the map pack, and for a local trade it is usually the single biggest source of enquiries there is.
Setting it up properly is a one-off job at £195. Keeping it fed every week is ongoing work, and that sits inside the Growth plan at £295 a month.

Setup, once
Done once, done right, and handed to you with you as the owner.
- Claiming and verification, including chasing it when the postcard route stalls
- Primary and secondary categories chosen against what your customers actually search
- Service list, service area, hours and attributes filled in properly rather than left blank
- Name, address and phone matched byte for byte with the website and your listings
- Photos uploaded, named and geotagged
- Your short review link, ready to text to a customer from the van
£295
Managed every week, inside Growth
A profile set up and then left alone goes quiet. This is the part that does not stop.
- A post a week, written from the jobs you have actually been doing
- Photos uploaded from what you send us on WhatsApp
- Every review answered, including the awkward ones, in your voice and with your sign-off
- Hours changed for bank holidays before the bank holiday, not after
- Suggested edits from the public monitored and reverted when they are wrong
- Profile calls, direction requests and views reported monthly alongside your site enquiries
What we need from you
Not much, and none of it is homework. Photos of real jobs, sent on WhatsApp whenever you think of it. A rough idea of what you were doing that week. Ownership access to the profile, or the login if it already exists. Your accreditation numbers so they go on correctly.
If a month goes by and you send us nothing, we will still post, but it will be generic and it will do less. Six photos off your phone beats anything we could write from a desk.
What happens if you stop
The profile is yours and it stays exactly as it is. You are the owner on the account and we are a manager, which you remove in two clicks. Every post, photo, review and reply we ever put on it stays there.
What stops is the feeding. Nothing collapses the following week, but a profile that has not been posted to in six months looks quieter than one that has, and over time that shows in the map pack. That is the honest version.
