The small print, kept small.

When you contact us we keep your name, number, email and what you told us about the job, and we use them to reply to you and do the work. That's it.

We don't sell your details, share them with marketers, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for. If you want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted, email us and we'll do it.

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why there's no cookie banner nagging you. If we ever add visitor counting, we'll use a method that doesn't identify you personally.

The price we quote is the price you pay. New builds are 50% to book your slot and 50% when the site goes live; refreshes are paid up front. If you ask for work outside what we quoted, we'll price it separately before touching it.

When the site goes live, the domain is registered in your name, the hosting account is yours, and the code is handed over. There's no contract tying you to us afterwards. Care is rolling monthly from day one and you can stop it whenever you like on thirty days notice. Growth and Growth+ run for three months first, then roll monthly on the same notice. There is no exit fee and no renewal into a fresh term. Whatever you do, the site stays yours and stays up.

If we're ever going to miss a date, you'll hear it from us before you have to ask.

We build to be readable and usable by everyone: proper headings, text you can zoom, buttons big enough for thumbs, colours with enough contrast, and pages that work with a keyboard and a screen reader.

If you hit something on this site that doesn't work for you, tell us and we'll fix it, usually within a few days.
