Reviews you keep, asked for at the right moment

Years of good reviews sitting on a platform you rent are years of work you cannot take with you. Cancel the membership and they go with it. Reviews on your own Google profile are yours whatever you do next.

£145 sets the asking system up once. Inside the Growth plan at £295 a month we run it and answer everything that comes back.

A review on someone else's platform is a liability, not an asset

It is the strongest hold a lead platform has over a trade. Five years of five star reviews feel like something you own, so leaving feels like starting again from nothing. It is the reason people keep paying long after the maths stopped working.

Reviews on your Google profile do a different job as well as being portable. They show in the map pack, next to your name, at the exact moment somebody is choosing who to ring. Nobody clicks through to a directory to check first.

How the asking works

01

The job finishes

The moment the customer is happiest is the moment you are packing the van, not four days later. That is the window the whole thing is built around.

02

One tap to ask

A short link, a QR code on the invoice and a saved message on your phone. No app to learn and no login. You send it, or we send it for you off the job list.

03

One tap to leave

The link opens the review box directly. Every extra screen between the customer and the stars loses a chunk of people, so there are none.

04

Every one answered

Replies drafted in your voice and sent with your approval. A profile where the owner answers reads better than one where nobody does.

We ask every customer the same way. We do not screen people first to send only the happy ones to Google, because that breaks Google's own rules and it is the sort of thing that gets a profile pulled.

What to do about a bad one

You will get one eventually. A single one star among thirty good ones does less damage than people fear, and a profile with nothing but perfect scores reads as fake to a lot of customers.

Reply once, in public, short and calm. Set out what happened, say what you offered to do about it, and stop. Never argue the detail in public and never accuse the customer of lying, even when they are. The reply is not for them, it is for the next person reading it.

If it breaks Google's policies, for example it is not from a real customer, we report it. That takes time and it often fails, so it is not the plan, it is the long shot.

What we will not promise

A number. Nobody can honestly tell you how many reviews this produces, because it depends on how many jobs you finish, what sort of jobs they are and whether you actually send the message.

What we can say is that asking every customer, at the right moment, with one tap, collects more than not asking. Most trades are not asking at all, or are asking once in a while when they remember.

We will never write a review for you, buy one, or incentivise one. Beyond being against Google's rules it is the fastest way to lose a profile that took years to build.

£145 to set it up, or it runs itself inside Growth.
