Do I have to sign up for anything monthly?
No. The build is paid once and the site works without us. Hosting and Care are optional and if you’d rather host it yourself we hand it over free.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Hosting and Care have no minimum term and can be cancelled any time. SEO has a 3-month minimum, then 30 days’ notice. Ads management is monthly on 30 days’ notice.
What counts as a change on Care?
Things like new photos, a price update, a new review, a line of text or a small new section. Bigger work, such as a new page, is priced before we start.
Can you run my marketing without rebuilding my site?
