Privacy

When you contact us we keep your name, phone number, email if you give it, your business details and what you tell us about the job. If you refer a business, we also keep the details you give us about them, which you confirm they've agreed to.

We use them to reply to you, price the work and do it. The law lets us do this because you asked us to, because it's needed for our contract with you, or because we need records for tax. We don't sell your details, share them with marketers or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

A few other firms handle your details for us. Netlify hosts this site and stores the messages sent through its forms, and may do that in the United States under the UK’s safeguards for data sent abroad. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp handles that message. Our accountant sees invoices.

We delete enquiries that don’t turn into work after 12 months. For clients, we keep invoices and project records for 6 years because the tax rules require it.

You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or ask us to stop using it. Message us on WhatsApp, call 07476 914428 or email [EMAIL ADDRESS] and we’ll reply within a month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why there's no cookie banner. If we ever add visitor counting, we'll use a method that doesn't identify you personally.

Terms

The price we quote is the price you pay. If you ask for work outside what we quoted, we’ll price it separately before we touch it.

Paying for a website

• Starter is paid in full upfront.
• On Standard and Local, 50% books your slot. The balance is due when you sign the site off, before it goes live on your domain.
• Two rounds of changes are included. Anything further is quoted before we do it.
• Send us your content (photos, logo, service details and the areas you cover) within 14 days of paying. If it doesn’t arrive, the slot is released and we rebook you at the next free date.
• If you stop replying for 30 days, we close the project as it stands and the balance becomes due. Restarting later costs £75.
• The deposit isn’t refundable once work has started.
• Your domain, hosting, ad accounts and files are always in your name and never held back.
• Invoices are due within 7 days.

Package prices are fixed and don't change if you already have part of a package. If you already have a Google Business Profile, we verify and improve the one you have rather than setting up a new one. If you already have a logo, we use it or tidy it up instead of designing a new one. Nothing is taken off the price in either case.

Monthly services

• Monthly plans: On the map has no minimum term and rolls monthly on 30 days’ notice. Busy and Fully booked have a 3-month minimum term, then roll monthly on 30 days’ notice. Ad spend on Fully booked is paid by you directly to Google. SEO, GEO and AEO has a 3-month minimum term, then rolls monthly on 30 days’ notice.
• Google and Meta ads management roll monthly on 30 days’ notice, with no minimum term and no setup fee.
• Care and Hosting have no minimum term. Cancel any time.
• Google profile upkeep and Content and social have no minimum term and roll monthly on 30 days’ notice. Nothing is posted until you’ve approved it.

The 90-day promise

On Busy and Fully booked, we compare the calls shown in your Google Business Profile Performance for your third full month on the plan with the full month before you started. If they haven’t gone up, your fourth month’s plan fee is free.

• Your business needs a verified Google Business Profile for at least one full month before your plan starts, so there’s a number to compare against.
• You approve or reply to our posts, changes and questions within 2 working days, and keep answering the phone and messages at your usual hours.
• On Fully booked, the ad budget we agreed keeps running for the whole three months.
• Ad spend paid to Google or Meta is never covered. The promise is one free month per business.

You pay Google and Meta directly for your ads, so your ad spend never passes through us. If you’d rather host the site yourself, we hand it over free.

We're not VAT registered, so there's no VAT to add to any price on this site.

If we're going to miss a date, we'll tell you before you have to ask.

Accessibility

We build this site to be readable and usable by everyone. That means proper headings, text you can zoom, buttons big enough for thumbs, colours with enough contrast and pages that work with a keyboard and a screen reader.

If something on this site doesn't work for you, tell us and we'll fix it, usually within a few days.
